In 2015, Financial Times ranked NANYANG MBA 40th in its 'Global MBA Rankings'. NANYANG MBA is also ranked by The Economist - #69 internationally for Full-Time MBA (in 2011), and #1 in Singapore for Full-Time MBA (from 2004 to 2012). A full list of their program's rankings is available here.
Improved curriculum
As of 2013, the program will introduce a new curriculum, which the school states will be more relevant for students. Three of the main changes students can expect are - 1) an increased focus on next generation global leadership, 2) a more in-depth study of doing business in Asia, and 3) a broader approach towards industry application.
There are 2 different tracks students can choose while in the program - 1) Strategy & Innovation track or 2) Banking & Finance track. More ambitious students can opt for Double Degree MBA, which consist of an MBA from Nanyang Business School, and another reputable university.
Program Structure
The NANYANG MBA program is 12 months long (full time), after its new 2013 curriculum. The majority of the program is conducted in Singapore, but students will have the option to study overseas for international exposure.
The program consists of 9 core courses, with 4 electives. There will be a business study mission, which can be done locally or overseas. Students will also have to do an industry project, and complete a leadership module.
The NANYANG MBA is also offered in a part-time format, where classes are conducted in the evenings and on the weekends. Student can expect to complete the program in 18 to 24 months.
